Phase DVS review

So I picked up Phase DVS Essential from Guitar Center, just before they released the update to allow Serato integration. I did experience cue drift before and even after that update. Today is 5/5 and they recently released the 7.0 update for the receiver and pucks. With that most recent update, Phase is working rock solid with no cue drift to speak of. At one point I was considering selling the unit because of the cue drift and I’m glad I didn’t. It works like a dream now and is performing very stable. I have yet to play out at a venue with my setup, but it’s nice to know I won’t have to worry about feedback or someone bumping the DJ table when I do so. Phase was a great idea and up until now it wasn’t implemented properly. MWM managed to finally get their ducks in a row and the system is as amazing as it’s potential heralded it to be. I can actually practice scratching with my Phase now and that’s just great. I’d highly recommend this unit to anyone with the money to purchase a set. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll definitely be future proofing your digital DJ setup.
