So I got the Reloop Neon when I purchased my Numark Scratch initially. I’ve since sold the Scratch, but the Neon was great because it gave me the option to have RGB hotcue pads, some standard pad modes like Slicer, Saved Loops, and even Flips. Also it has access to Serato FX, Looping, and the Serato Sampler. I mainly use the Neon with my Reloop Elite now, which has all those pads modes on the mixer, so I basically leave it in Sampler mode and just use it to trigger my samples like DJ Drops and other sounds effects. The Reloop Neon is nice and compact and gets the job done. It’s the cheapest sub controller you can buy, and it can support up to 4 decks. It has library navigation controls on it as well. If you have an analog mixer using an SL box or a Numark Scratch, I’d recommend the Neon to get more out of Serato at a lower price. It’s better than the XP2 or SP1 in my opinion. Make sure you pick up the stand Reloop makes specifically for the Neon as it comes in handy and holds it at a perfect height. The stand sites under my Elite mixer and holds the Neon just above the mixer. The Neon is a great buy and a great sub controller for Serato. It has a ton of features and I’d recommend it to any DJ that has a mixer that may not have the usually features one of the more premium mixers have. Thanks for reading. Take it easy…
